Occasionally, a facility will have a significant
accidental release of air contaminants, or an air pollution event will
occur within the District, in which the District believes there is a general
public interest. As soon as sufficient information is available, District
staff will prepare a preliminary incident report. These reports are intended
to provide an early overview to the incident, and do not substitute for
the in-depth investigation which ultimately follows. The following incident
reports are listed in chronological order for the last year. Incident
reports for events that occurred over one year ago are in the archives.
